Hilton Culinary Arts Entrepreneurship Institute (HCAEI)

The program offers FREE business training to assist enrollees to develop viable business plans.  The training is provided by Catholic Charities Omaha, which has offered entrepreneur training for the last decade using a proven curriculum. Classes will start the Month of April. Training consists of a 40- hour, 16-class course. 8 weeks / 2 evenings a week/ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm. The course is presented online and guides entrepreneurs through business start-up, launch, and growth. This includes in-depth guidance on writing a business plan – a foundational document for business owners.
